Technical information may include your IP address and browser or device details. The IP address is also used to limit automated and excessive requests.
How we use information
We send form details to Selply to receive and process your enquiry and contact you. We use technical information for website security and to meet applicable legal obligations.
Analytics and cookies
The core website does not require analytics cookies. If Google Analytics is configured, it runs only after you give consent. You can decline optional analytics without affecting the contact form.
Language preference
When you explicitly choose BG or EN, we save a functional preferred_lang cookie for 30 days. This takes priority over automatic language selection. At the main entry address without a saved choice, your browser contacts country.is, which receives your IP address to determine the country. We use its country code to choose BG for Bulgaria and EN for other countries. If the lookup is unavailable, we use EN. Direct language-specific URLs do not trigger this lookup.
Sharing and security
We do not sell or rent personal information. Form enquiries are processed in Selply. Providers may support hosting and communication, and we may disclose data when required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but cannot guarantee absolute security for information sent over the internet.
